Chiropractor in Longview, TX · Nervous System Based Care
Your nervous
system, fully sent.
The Approach
We don't chase pain.
We chase the signal.
Chiropractic care can be reactive: something hurts, you chase a crack, you may or may not feel better, repeat. That's not what we do at Full Send.
We practice nervous system based chiropractic: full spine adjustments designed to remove interference between your brain and the rest of your body, not just quiet down a loud joint. Pain is usually the last thing to show up and the first thing people chase. We're looking further upstream.
Symptoms are the notification. The nervous system is the signal.
The Full Send StandardWhat We Do
Three things, done all the way.
Full Spinal Analysis
Every new patient starts with a full spinal analysis through X-ray imaging, so we know exactly what's going on before we ever touch your spine. No guessing, no cookie-cutter care.
About spinal X-raysNervous System Focused Care
We're checking the wiring, not just the frame. Better signal between brain and body shows up everywhere: sleep, energy, recovery, mood.
What to expectFull Spinal Adjustments
Every visit addresses the whole spine, not just where it's barking loudest. Function first, and the noise tends to follow.
About adjustmentsWho It's For
People who don't
do things halfway.
You don't have to be an athlete to walk in. You just have to be done accepting "that's just how it feels now" as an answer.
Whether you're training hard, sitting at a desk all day, chasing a toddler, or three specialists deep into a pain nobody's fixed, we start in the same place: your nervous system.
Meet The Doc
Richard Parsons, D.C.
Dr. Rich graduated from Parker University in December 2020 after completing his clinical internship in Colleyville, Texas. After graduating, he relocated to Searcy, Arkansas, where he had the opportunity to associate with his own hometown chiropractor.
Over his four years of associating, he gained invaluable experience caring for patients, and learning what it takes to build meaningful, long-term relationships within a chiropractic practice.
Eventually, family brought Richard, his wife Alex, and their two-year-old son to Longview, Texas to be closer to Alex's grandfather. After nearly a year of practicing at The Joint Chiropractic, Richard decided it was time to go all in and pursue the dream he had for years: open a practice of his own.
That dream became Full Send Chiropractic.
The name represents much more than chiropractic. To Richard, "Full Send" means choosing to go all in: all in with your health, your family, your purpose, and the life you've been given. This philosophy was created through the years of learning, serving, and preparing. It's also the beginning of putting down roots to serve Longview for many years to come.
Dr. Rich truly believes that chiropractic care should be straightforward, personal, and centered around helping people function at their best. His goal is to create a practice where patients aren't simply another appointment on the schedule, but people he knows personally and can help on their journey to health.
The goal of this practice is simple: Go all in with your health. Go all in on your life. Full Send.
