Full spine adjustments in Longview, TX

Every visit looks at your whole spine, not just the spot that hurts. Dr. Richard Parsons adjusts to improve how your spine moves and how your nervous system communicates with the rest of your body.

The Adjustment

We adjust the whole spine,
not just the loud part.

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, hands-on movement applied to a joint in the spine. At Full Send Chiropractic, adjustments are built around a nervous system based approach: we look at the whole spine and the nervous system it protects, then adjust where your body needs it, not only where it feels loudest.

Pain is often the last thing to show up and the first thing people chase. We would rather find the pattern behind it.

You do not have to be in pain to come in. Many patients visit to keep moving well, to recover from training, or because they want to feel better in everyday life.

What To Expect

Quick, direct, and explained
before it happens.

Before we adjust

We review your history, your exam findings, and your spinal analysis, so every adjustment has a reason behind it.

During your visit

Adjustments are quick. Dr. Parsons positions you, then delivers a controlled movement to the spine. Some adjustments make a popping sound. That sound is gas moving in the joint, and it is not required for an adjustment to count.

After your visit

Some people feel looser right away. Others feel a little sore for a day, like after a workout. We will tell you what to expect and when to follow up.

Questions

Good questions,
straight answers.

Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Adjustments are not meant to be painful. Some patients feel mild soreness afterward. If anything feels wrong during your visit, tell Dr. Parsons and he will change his approach.

Do I have to be in pain to get adjusted?

No. Pain is only one reason people come in. Plenty of patients come to stay active, recover well, or find out what is going on before it turns into pain.

How often will I need to come in?

That depends on your exam findings and your goals. We walk you through what we recommend so you know the plan, and the reason for it.
